Interview
Initial call with the recruiter was good. She was polite and thorough.
Second round (zoom interview) was with the Manager, Customer Success, who honestly had lesser experience in CS than me. He didn't review my application/resume prior to the interview and was unprepared.
I have more than 8 years experience in CS but because he didn't go through my resume, he said I lack CS experience. On the other hand he only only has 3 years of CS experience..which is such a shame because companies put people like these in-charge of the actual client facing employees.
He was also unprofessional - He paused the interview in the middle to take a personal call because his "new mattress that he ordered" was being delivered that day.
Towards the end, I asked him a simple question about the "challenges in the team and work" and he couldn't answer that too.
His answer to that was vague - "we have many challenges but nothing big"
Im disappointed at UiPath for this. I expected better.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UiPath (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Dec 2021
Interview
Practical and to the point, a big plus for focus on culture and who you are as a person. An online cognitive ability test followed by a first interview with HR, then Hiring manager, senior member of the team, Language evaluation. All of them focused on culture, processes, situational questions, Uipath products (high-level). Very warm, fair and friendly people, different from the typical corporate approach.

Interview
A little lengthy, but very informative - multiple rounds and a mock presentation. The position and responsibilities were made quite clear. I appreciated that I got to speak to my peers, colleagues, boss, and boss's boss by the time it was done.

Interview process started well, then the my recruiter left UiPath.
I made it to the final round which was a line-of-business presentation in front of two Directors of CS.
Never heard back yet - no feedback, no templated rejection letter - straight ghosted.
