Interview
Get an easy call at first. I got invited to an interview with about 40 people where you take the easiest test ever. Then you have 2 to 3 interviews with different managers after. The last being with a distribution manager that asks you stupid questions about your previous job that doesn't even slightly relate to what you actually will be doing.

Interview
3-4 interviews, 5-6 assessments. Very selective most of the time. Don't feel bad if you don't make it, they hire associates who are far more qualified for the positions they hold.
