I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Waukegan, IL) in Sept 2016
Interview
Applied online, thrilled to receive call the next day to set-up interview the following week. Performed the math tests, was in the first batch of people called for 1 on 1 interview. Basic questions about background, how others would describe me, strengths/weaknesses. Then we discussed the mechanics of the position. The hours, the holidays, call center environment, growth opportunities. Then told "Next step is meeting with a manager." Left feeling confident, only to be deflated by reading glassdoor comments about the Interview continuing the same day.
Received generic rejection letter with no explanation 10 days later. Did I bomb the tests, am I too old, is 15 yrs of customer service experience too much/too little? Still confused.

Question 1
Did I have a problem working second shift or holidays?
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on
I applied online. I interviewed at Uline (Braselton, GA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.
proceso demasiado largo y parece que te estan haciendo un favor al contratarte, 4 entrevistas y de cada 100 candidatos eligen 1 super exigentes, se enorgullesen de decir que filtran mas los candidatos de Harvard...
