The interview is a multiple step process.
1. Job fair or other direct means to share your resume
2. Initial phone screen with HR
3. Face to Face interview
4. Drug test and personality testing - Myers Briggs and Wonderlic. Remember these tests evaluate your personality and do not relate to the job you are applying for. Don't let that scare you off.
5. Meet with the department manager
6. Meet with he Team you may be working with.
7. In some cases the President of the company may wish to conduct her own interview . Congratulations - Something made you stand out above the rest!
