I applied online. Got an email to come in for an interview. I had to complete 4 multiple choice assessments prior to coming in for the interview. Once I got there, I had to complete a series of more tests. They were monitored and timed. A strange experience for me

Question 1
Some the assessment questions were along the lines of If you were in a crowded room, would you sit in the middle, front, back, side of the room? It also asked personality questions like, chose one that you are most like: loyal, nice, understanding, or kind. And it would then make you choose which one you are least like. Those were very difficult.

Interview
Applied online. Received an email and phone call few days later asking to submit availability for a Microsoft Teams interview with a Recruiter. Day of interview came, and recruiter on video call was different than the one I was scheduled with, they kept turning off and on their camera and didn't seem very interested in doing their own job. Usual questions: "why do you want to leave your current job?" "This job seems different than what you currently do, are you sure you really want to do this type of work?" "Salary expecations?". Prior to actual interview had to put in 2 hours of prep/assessments: Writing sample, disC Assessment, personality type indicator. Sales style profile
