Applied on my own, was told they were not interested. Was referred by an employee a day later and then a couple days after I got the email saying they were not going to pursue the interview process I got a call wanting me to come in for an interview. Took several exams prior to interview, then took some more when I arrived for the interview. The interview itself was easy, was told I'd hear back in 10-15 days if a manager was interested in a second interview with me. I heard back that she day to take additional tests. Then I heard back about 3 weeks later for a second interview. I'm still currently in the process.

With my experience and past jobs, would I get bored in this type of position?
Formal interview process with in-person writing and numbers assessments administered. Interviews are done on sight and can be a combination of in-person and virtual. Formal dress is expected. HR are thorough and questions are encouraged.

Application, cover letter, submitted online, they always seem to be recruiting but rarely hire. Seems like it may be a revolving door. Have had many phone interviews but there never is any followup
The application process was extremely dated and redundant. you had to complete 4 assessments prior to your first interview (personality questionnaire 72 questions long, writing sample, sales questionnaire about 40+ questions). The following day my interviewer was more than 20 minutes late to the call, when she hopped on the call she was not well versed on my resume. she thought my most recent position was from more than a year ago even though my recent job history is in order from most recent at the top and dates are clearly listed. took 4 or more days to hear back and received a rejection email after 10pm. overall says alot about a company when your interviewer is late and you are getting a late night email from them.
