Interview
Began with an email stating I had an interview. First interview was with a recruiter. My guess is she decides whether you should move on to the second round of interviews with in my case, the Branch manager.

Question 1
The questions were straightforward. However they want to know if you are someone dependable who will be there for the entire process of the management training.
Basic interview questions, Tell me about your previous experience, How would your references describe you, how do you handle criticism? why do you want to work for Uline, Where do you see yourself in 3 to 5 years
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uline (Lacey, WA)
Interview
The ad said management trainee, but it's just a labor job. Total bait and switch. HR person said that everyone working there started by doing years of labor. I asked her if she did. She said no. I walked. Waste of time.

Are you okay with working on the production line for 18 months?
First round was about 30-40 minutes with a Human Resources manager. I was called for a second round and was interviewed by 3 different individuals part of the warehouse management team. I was there for about 2 hours and they included a quick tour of the warehouse.
