They give you 4 assessments you have to finish by the day of the interview and then when you go in person they will give you two small assessments that take 4 minutes each, followed by the actual interview. For the 4 assessments online, one of them is a writing test, where they give you a paragraph and you must summarize the information. They give you an example to look at. Two of the assessments are personality tests; there are no right or wrongs, but keep in mind this is a sales position so they're looking for people with the personality types of salesmen, choose your answers accordingly. The last assessment is a sales success test, where they ask you 50 questions about workplace and customer service scenarios and what to do in situations as well as general knowledge. For all of the assessments except for the writing one, I'd recommend doing some research on the personality traits and qualities of a good sales person as well as find some customer service scenario practice questions online before you do the assessments.
