I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uline (Birmingham, AL) in Feb 2010
Interview
Answered ad on job site for an Account Rep. Received email from them which contained a link to a personality profile test. Apparently passed it because they called for a phone interview. Everything went well, I think, until the interviewer asked how much money I wanted to make. I tried to turn it around and asked for a salary range for the position - which the interviewer would not give, but insisted I give them a number. So I did, but would imagine it was more than they wanted to pay....SO....
was really weird and everyone was acting super fake. i would say if you're trying to get someone hired, at least try to not make it known LOL. I mean come on

Interview
The interview process itself was straightforward and professional. What disappointed me was the lack of follow-up communication after being told I would be updated on next steps. Instead, I had to check my application status on the Uline website, where it changed from green to red, indicating I was no longer being considered.

Interview
Very lengthy, back to back interviews, was there for 3 hours. They were very nice however I didn’t expect to be there as long as I was. There were 4 interviews I had to do.
