Long online interview screening with series of forms to fill out to gauge fit. Virtual interview was very standard, but not that intense. It took about a half hour. Asked about what I know about Uline.

Interview
First you will receive a phone call from a recruiter to talk about the job, get to know you a little bit, and if they like you from just talking then you will get an in-person interview. Before that, you complete 4 online assessments which aren't too difficult. Then at your in person you have a 30 minute long behavioral and 30 minute long written assessment that just tests your pattern recognition.
