They schedule you for an in person interview right away and then make you do 6 different tests that is meant to just waste your time. Honestly, they're just looking for people who share same conservative values and who do not believe in wearing masks in the midst of pandemic. Showed up wearing a mask and I got a "look" from every single one of them lol. No remote opportunity. Stay away at all costs.

The interview process started with 4 assessment tests emailed to me that needed to be completed before the interview. The consisted of 1) word associations: In reference to your work style, which word describes you best and which describes you the least. 2) Questions about yourself: "When entering a social gathering where you know no one"....do you socialize with those you know? Make your way around the room and talk to everyone? Questions like that. 3) Assessment on Salesmanship: Picking the best (of 4 answers) of what you would do in each scenario with a customer. Each of the first 3 tests are about 50-70 questions. 4) You a lengthy detailed paragraph and must rewrite it, condensing it into their writing style. At the actual interview, you are given 2 more tests. 1) number sequences: what number comes next: 2,4,6, ? and 2) You're given sets of numbers in each row and have to pick the one that is either right or wrong. (991909, 991909) (221202 212202) The second set would be wrong since the numbers do not match each other. The interview was with a human resources recruiter and not the department, which I did not like as any questions I asked about the position, I was told that I would ask those questions to the hiring manager on my next interview. I didn't understand why I was interviewing with someone that just seemed to be screening me and not for the actual position and how my qualifications pertained to the position. I thought the interview was fine otherwise and thought for sure I'd get the position. I didn't get a call back, just an email saying I didn't make it to the next round. The position was still being posted over a month later. The interview questions were basic that I'm sure are asked of everyone. It was like going down a checklist. One of the questions asked about my expected salary, which I gave and told them that it included my benefits (which have been outstanding) The interviewer was snappy and asked what my current salary was without benefits and I shouldn't include that and wanted my actual salary, not what I intended. I found that off-putting. I got the impression from some of the questions that they want young people without too much experience that they can easily mold. They were also very concerned if I would be able to abide by their strict dress code. Obviously not a problem, I was wearing a knee length dress suit with jacket, nylons and pumps.
