I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uline
Interview
The company was the most horrible I have ever encountered. Fortunately, I received an offer from another company, so I no longer have to deal with them. During the hiring process, I had to complete two assessments before the interview and then had an HR interview. They then asked me to come in for an in-person interview. It's hard to believe that in 2023, we still have to work five days in the office and wear a suit every day. Additionally, they filter potential employees based on their political beliefs. After going through all the hassle, I was ultimately ghosted by the company. I strongly advise against building your career path with this company. Beware!
Microsoft teams 30 min- hr, with team member they start chill and act as a friend but then pull a 180 and become your boss. Overall wasn't crazy good or bad would say average, they did as some questions I wasn't prepared for but thats on me.
