Four assessments prior to the interview and two in-interview assessments that gauge how good you are at analyzing large amounts of numbers at a time. Overall, a great interview experience as far as the questions asked and people encountered. First interview was a basic get-to-know you. Second interview is with specific department manager.

What would you say is your biggest strength? Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years?
Started with tests about sales that took a couple hours, and then once that was completed they followed up with a behavioral interview via phone call to screen candidates on their resume, experience and skill set.

Horrible Bosses, You're simply another number to cut off once they figure out they can save money by loading more work onto your coworker. Job security is not a thing you'd get here

You can't ask about the Job culture as that's "Not" work-related
Multiple steps with various interviewers and managers. Consists of completing a mind game accurately in order to move to the next step. The final assessment is a ride along with a current rep to see what the day entails.
