I had to do several tests before the interview including a personality test. When I got to the interview I had to do two math tests in number sequencing and number matching. I met with the recruiter. I believe the job is a zombie job because they keep posting it, no one is doing it now and it's been posted for 4 months. The company is very conservative and they look for reasons why you won't fit it. I was told the founder of the company is very opinionated. How would I feel about that? I said it's fine. private hiring team will have first round interview after completing some online interview. once you passed then then will pass to hiring manager from Uline. then they will move to team of director and VP

If called in for interview, you will take 2 tests straight away, a number sequence and a number pattern, you will be given some direction, provided a worksheet, and it is timed. Then you will proceed with actual interview.

Very long questions and hard to keep up with. Interviewer was nice and easy to talk to. Wish I got the job but they wanted interns with experience. Would love to apply to their next opening
