Asked a lot of give me an example when questions. Be prepared to give exact examples.This is not just a retail store they care about their guests and theyou want good people leading their stores.
Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
The Interview with district manager and then one other dm , one was in person and rte other virtually over the phone on teams. Each interview was about an hour
