Interview
It was brief and over the phone and then I was asked to bring in a model to perform a facial. I was pretty relaxed about it because I wasn't really sure that I wanted the job. I received an offer the following day and told them I needed to consider it against another offer I was given.

they asked if I had an up to date license and what kind of experience I had and then if I was interested in the position. I got the distinct impression that they were desperate for someone.
Had a phone interview just asking general questions about my experience, education, and availability. Was then invited in for a hands on interview doing a facial service on one of the employees, and offered the job shortly after.

They asked me what questions I would ask a guest during their consultation.
Usual process with phone call, interview call back and job offer high urge for employees needed great place to work. No background check immediately hired and hours given, minimum wage at first with opportunities for great commissions

Great hiring process, friendly women. The vibe in this specific location was great. The managers introduced me to all employees that were there making sure I had name to face. Gave me a tour of my area and gave me plenty of compliments and was very pleasant.
