Interview
I sat down in the back office with the hiring manager and we had a casual chat about my qualifications and interests. It was simple and straight forward, as long as you have a genuine interest in the company and product (hair, beauty, men's and women's grooming, fragrance), they want to hire you.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
