Mostly touched upon how I can sell credit cards and get loyalty. If you emphasize that, you’ll be fine! Also, be very outgoing and eager to speak and be very passionate about beauty. That’ll help you push you over the top in the group interview.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
