Recruiter was very unprofessional & hiring manager was extremely unorganized. From 2 interviews I saw nothing but lack of communication among the team and they disregarded any questions around “work life balance”. They would intentionally ignore the work life balance subject and act as though we should just be grateful to have a job with Ulta. Disappointing experience to say the least.
