Basic questions with hypothetical or experienced situations. Mostly relating to customer service and working well with other team mates as well as general passion for beauty. Overall it was a pretty standard interview no real surprises or gotcha moments.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
