3 rounds of completely non technical interviews. Team had zero idea on what they wanted to do, they just wanted a data science team on standby for any possible opportunity. Ghosted after 3 rounds with no response

Interview
First you have a personal interview which went pretty well. Then they give you a programming assignment to complete in a week. After that they took 2 months or more to give you an assessment or reply of any kind. of course the interest was lost by that time
