I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uncountable (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
First stage an interview to evaluate experience and possible fit
Next stage coding interview 1 on 1 with your own IDE, no AI assistance.
The coding interview, the interviewer was very rude, had a terrible attitude like he didn't want to be there.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Some string manipulation problem. Probably leetcode easy or medium
Overall process was decent. The person interviewing me wasn't very enthusiastic/seemed like they didn't want to be there. It was more of an intro call so they asked a couple questions about myself/job and said they would review the notes and get back to me.
Not worth interviewing for. I thought that the other reviews would be wrong, but the interviewer genuinely seemed like he did not want to be there. The MOST unprofessional interview I have ever been a part of.
Told would get hackerrank problems. Turns out they were in a google doc. Ran late to the interview which is a red flag and didn't explain the process. Note the guy wasn't technical at all just wanted to see if you passed all of them.
