I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2017
Interview
The initial interview is a HireVue video link. You have to answer questions by recording yourself talking, which is very awkward. I think they send these out to ALL the applicants because a have a few friends who applied as well and all of them got to this stage of the process. Under Armour will then send you an email in early March saying "you are still being considered for this role, let us know if you have any conflicting offers". They send this, but don't offer a second in-person interview. It's pretty confusing and totally non-personal.
Nice interview. For 10 minutes, and asked normal interview questions. Asked to you do self introduction, your past experience, you skills and What do you know about UA, what is you expectation

Question 1
Introduction. Asking why are you interested and What do you know about UA
Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

Question 1
Introduce yourself? Case study on how you would approach research.
You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
