I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Under Armour (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2018
Interview
You basically have to record yourself answering several behavioral or situational questions using HireVue. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but I got used to it by the second question.
It might help to prepare short answers to the questions listed here, but you should be able to answer most with relative ease. They give you about a minute to prepare answers anyway.
I haven't received any communication since the interview, but I look forward to hearing back.

Tell us a time you used a piece of technology (software, hardware, or a system) to creatively solve a problem in a work, academic, team, or volunteer setting.
At Under Armour, information is everywhere. Talk about a situation when you needed to analyze to make a decision. How did you approach the problem? How did you obtain the required information? What was the result of your analysis?
HireVue - a video interview where the questions are pre-recorded & then you answer shortly after. You have about 5 questions you go through before the interview is over
