Third step (if you make it) is a phone interview.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you used a piece of technology (software, hardware, or a system) to creatively solve a problem in a work, academic, team, or volunteer setting.
At Under Armour, information is everywhere. Talk about a situation when you needed to analyze to make a decision. How did you approach the problem? How did you obtain the required information? What was the result of your analysis?

Interview
Applied beginning of January, received an email about a week later asking to complete a video interview consisting of 5-7 questions. Basic behavioral questions, but it is important to stand out in any way that you can because they sort through so many of these interviews.
