I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Dec 2017
Interview
The Interview process started with the submission of an application that consisted of basic background information as well as a resume. After the initial submission of the application I submitted in November, I received an email from the recruiting team stating that I had made it to the next round of interviews. The next round consisted of an online video interview through Hirevue. The Interview was something new to me, as it was through a webcam and the questions were pre-recorded. The interview consisted of 7 questions that were very detailed and precise, however I found that the Hirevue process was very fun and effective. Now, since that last interview in December, I have received one email that arrived in early March describing that the teams are still sorting out the applications and are striving to be in touch to applicants by April 15! Overall, I have been very pleased and impressed with the whole process. A company with a great reputation like Under Armour must receive thousands of applications and the way they have conducted this process has been simple, organized, and effective.

Question 1
The toughest question I had was something along the lines of " Name a time you used technology that helped to benefit something"

Applied through school's Handshake page. Was contacted for a video interview about two months later. They said we would hear back by early February. Since it's only January I obviously haven't heard back yet.

Interview
Very similar to everyone else, I had to do an interview on Hirevue. It was 7 questions and mostly/all behavioral based. It was a little awkward so definitely practice and have good examples ready.
