A recruiter reached out on WayUp. I had a phone screening a few days after applying. Found out I passed the screening 24hrs later. I was notified of final round interview 3 weeks after.

Interview
This was possibly the worst interview format I have ever experienced. It was a skype video type interview but instead of having a conversation you just recprded answers to dry behavioral questions. I hated the entire interview process and the way that it was set up. I would not recomend interviewing with this company, it is a waste of time.
