I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied through university recruitment. They want me to do a survey weeks later after I applied. Then, they requested an interview via Hirevue; sit in front of a webcam and answer about seven questions. It is like talking to yourself. Then it took a month to receive an e-mail that says I am still being considered and will update the status by March, but did not receive yet.

video interview, where they posed questions and you had two to three mins to respond. it was fairly simple and not scary at all. That's as far as I made it, so I can't tell what the further process is.

Tell about a time where you had to overcome a challenge
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour
Interview
First round was a video interview through HireVue. There are 7 pre-recorded questions that you have to answer. They ask the question, you have 1 minutes to prepare, and 2 to 4 minutes to prepare, based on the difficulty of the question.

Question 1
What is a way that you used a piece of technology to improve a process or the way you do things?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (New York, NY)
Interview
After applying online I received an email inviting me to a video interview which consisted of a third party program that asked pre-recorded questions (I believe 7 or 8 of them). Before starting the interview you are given the option to practice with a set of about 5 or so practice questions. They are similar to the questions asked during the interview, but I did not like the process as it made me feel like I had to get my answer perfect one minute after hearing it (there is a 1 minute period after hearing the question that you get to think before answering). Led to more stress which I felt made me do worse during the interview.
