Interview
I applied online through the company's website. I received a "You got the interview" email. Thirst first interview is done via computer or cell phone/tablet (anything with a webcam). You are given 4 questions to answer and you are video recorded. After you answer and record your answers, you hit the submit button. I am waiting to see if I passed and pushed to the next stage.
We take forever to make a decision and sometimes jobs just disappear and no one can answer why. HR is not very responsive to the candidate or the interviewer. UA has a long way to go in the hiring process.

Interview
Prospective applicants were notified by email that they had been selected for the next level of application which would be a recorded video of the applicant responding on camera to a series of pre recorded questions. There was a time limit to answer the questions, which was not too restrictive, but the format was very uncomfortable.
