I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2015
Interview
My personal interview experience was a series of phone interviews until they force you into a virtual Hireview automated portal where you answer questions on a timed clock and basically talk to yourself on screen. Because of that it wasn't a very personable or professional process in my opinion. By the time they got back to me about a follow up interview I was hired by someone else. I still love the brand, HR team needs help.
Very interesting . It took about an hour to have the interview with HR and department head. They were both really nice and the interview went really well.
Sounds like it’s a growing company with a lot of potential.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Dec 2017
Interview
The process took about a month. The recruiter I worked with was responsive and very professional. After the first phone screen with a recruiter, I had another call with the hiring manager the next week. They scheduled me for an in-person interview the following week. Met with four different people. All very professional.
