I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Under Armour in Jan 2016
Interview
Basic questionnaire format to begin with to get to know you, and then they send you a link to their "Hireview", which is an online portal in which you record answers to prerecorded questions. I completed this in early January. I understand that technology is opening up new doors, but I have to say that people skills and emotional intelligence is key in all workplaces, and it is extremely difficult to get to know candidates on this level when they only have a few minutes to talk into a camera. I also understand that while individual phone calls take awhile, most other companies will go to this expense for their own benefit. What I don't understand is how a company like this does not send out emails saying that you didn't get the position. It is now March 9th (extremely late in the world of internships) and I have yet to hear some sort of response after I completed my video recording interview.
Nice interview. For 10 minutes, and asked normal interview questions. Asked to you do self introduction, your past experience, you skills and What do you know about UA, what is you expectation

Question 1
Introduction. Asking why are you interested and What do you know about UA
Straight forward and a very nice hiring manager. Really appreciate that they don't have too many interview rounds to go through. The first interview was with HR and then the second interview was with the team manager.

Question 1
Introduce yourself? Case study on how you would approach research.
You need to complete online video recorded screening if you are pushed to the interview rounds. It can seem intimidating going in but it isn’t too hard, just relax and pretend you’re talking on zoom.
