Interview
They described the hours and pay and asked what pay I am looking for, said they are starting at $16/ hour *this is an entry level position* there is no negotiation for salary
Interviewer seemed super kind but interview didn’t last long since I was looking to be paid more. Seems like a decent place if you really want that first job to get your foot in the door. Honestly I wish they would’ve put pay in job description because I wouldn’t have took the interview if knew it started so low
First was a screening, followed by 3 phone interviews from the CEO, national sales manager, and regional sales manager. It was over the period of 2 weeks. Felt a little drawn out in my opinion, but we work with all 3 of them pretty often.

Interview
Nice conversation over the phone. A chance for HR to get to know you, and vice versa. Taunya was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Less of an interview and more of a "hey, how are you?"
