I interviewed with Understanding Recruitment and the process was long but I met most of the senior leadership across the business. They were all very good throughout and I enjoyed the process.
The only thing to be aware of was the role play element we had in the 3rd stage.
Positive experience.
Range of panel interviews, an advert writing task and a simulated phone call task.
Questions were based around my personality and explored my interest in the role.
Whole process took about one week from application to offer.
