I went through 4 rounds of interviews and invested a lot of time preparing. Unfortunately, after the final round I was completely ghosted by HR and the leadership team despite multiple follow-ups. I never received any feedback or closure, and I recently saw the same job reposted. This experience was very disappointing and left me with a negative impression of the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates.
