Very open and friendly interview. Questions are reflective of what they seek in youth counselors and provide an opportunity to meet people in the environment. Be prepared, and ask many questions to interviewers.

Interview
I believe there was a phone interview asking the general "why are you interested?" questions. And one specific question I remember is "Have you ever had to perform a restraint on someone in your care? If so, what were the circumstances and how was the restraint administer?"
