Fill out the online application. Phone interview then an in person interview then wait for the call for a second interview with the Branch Manager and District Manager. IF you pass you take an online intelligence assessment. When the interviews are done you wait for the phone call or email from HR. Take the drug test and wait for the call if you are hired.

The first step 30 minute introduction by phone. At least for me, this was not scheduled but rather a call I received a few days after submitting the application. After the call, I was invited to an in person interview with the Site manager for the fluids division
I went in person to give my resume. The interview was simple and short. It was one interview. Nothing too crazy. There was a phone interview but I skipped that and went straight in person.

Panel type interview with 3 people. Too many questions and it lasted an hour with each person taking turns. Just a little bit of conversation style talk. Once it was over, all that was said was that's all we have right now. No thank yous, no mention of next steps, no anything.
