Interview
It was a long 3 part interview process that walked you through different sales scenarios. They also really wanted to see that you were knowledgeable about United Rentals and why you wanted to be a part of the company.

Interview
Speak with HR who describes the position then continues to ask you personal questions about yourself and asks if you have any questions. You are then scheduled an interview with the sales manager to continue the interview process

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Rentals in Feb 2017
Interview
The process was fairly quick. After I applied, I almost immediately had a request for an interview with a recruiter. After my recruiter interview, I moved on to the hiring manager and then the Program Director. It was painless if you knew about the company, industry, and sales.
