The HR representative's voice was unclear, making it difficult for all participants to respond when asked to raise their hands. During the case study reading, the explanation was also unclear, and when asked to repeat it, she responded with a frown. Moreover, every time I spoke, I was interrupted by HR, while other participants were allowed to speak for the same duration without being cut off. This makes me feel that it was not about the length of my response. I have had multiple interview experiences, and I have never been interrupted so unilaterally like this. Overall, the HR representative was unprofessional.

Starting with a psychological test, several selected candidates were given the opportunity for an interview. The interview process began with introductions, followed by an FGD session. The interview lasted for one hour with a total of 8 candidates. Unfortunately, I failed at this stage.
