Recruiter reached out, wasn't looking but was interested in the company. Luckily she was persistent so I ended up taking a phone interview about a month after initial outreach. Process was quick, Recruiter Phone Screen, Hiring Manager Phone Screen, Onsite (this took up ~4 hours), 2nd Onsite (was at happy hour!), Offer.

Interview
The interview process was enjoyable and fun! The recruiter was very honest and detailed, and I truly appreciated all the benefits that Unity offers. The only thing is that due to the number of candidates, the process was very competitive.

Interview
The interview process involved an initial screening, 1:1s with the department manager and other team members and a final presentation and roleplay stage. The recruitment team were incredibly responsive and interviews were organised and detailed well and all handled remotely due to the pandemic.
