I interviewed at Universal Production Partners (Prague)
Interview
Very easy 15 minute interview to check if I can communicate in English basically.
Asked them for a month and a half to relocate and they accepted.
Don't tell you about the freelancing until you're very immersed in the process.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Universal Production Partners
Interview
The interview process started with a video call with an HR representative who asked some fairly straightforward personal questions, like if I’d have any issues relocating to Prague and about my background and motivation for working in this industry. Partway through, the department head joined the call, as he happened to be available, though HR mentioned that he might not even show up. He mainly asked about specific areas and aspects of my work that I enjoyed and gave an overview of how the company operates and the types of projects they work on. However, his level of English was quite limited, which made understanding him a bit challenging at times.
Overall, the interview felt more like a formality than an actual evaluation, as they seemed to assume during the call that I would be joining the team. The salary proposal was sent afterward via email.
