Interview
After submitting an application, you schedule a phone interview. If they are interested they have you come into the talent office to have a one on one interview. The cubical is very small and tight so expect to be up close with the interviewer.

Went to the park for the 1:1 interview. I ended up interviewing with one of the management staff. We discussed several scenarios and they asked questions about my personality.
