Standard interview, typical questions, small panel. Experience, attitude, pedagogy, teaching practice, plans, development. A short sample lecture is given, to demonstrate methods and approach to teaching. Overall a straightforward and reasonable process.

Interview
They invited me for an interview after 5 days of the application deadline and gave me one week to prepare for the interview.
I had to give 35-minutes of presentation, among which 20-minutes based on current research and research plan and 10-minutes for teaching as well as 5-mins for Q&A. Another 30-minutes interview with the 5 panel member in the afternoon.
