Tell us what “product management” means to you. How do you describe it to others? In this role, part of your responsibilities will be to run regular iteration planning sessions with the cross-functional team you are working with. What do you do to make planning sessions successful? What do you prepare? What do you aim to achieve? You’ve been working within a cross-functional team to get a specific new enterprise customer launched. This project involves developing a few new features that were agreed with this customer at the beginning. In a meeting, the customer has now requested a new feature that they say is critical for them to launch, too. This feature seems specific to them and you have not heard this as a critical need by any other customer. How do you help respond to this request?
