Interview was easy. Basic questions about experience, situational awareness, etc. I was also interviewed by two different managers, basically asking the same questions. All in all, it was a quick and painless procedure
It was a sitdown in the resteraunt with the manager. It lasted about 20 minutes, I was offered the position on the spot. the hourly pay offered was very low
Standard interview for waiter. Questions regarding whether I had experience, if I knew their menu already, and my expectations for the job. All in all, very run of the mill experience.
