Very easy and simple. Talked about previous experience if any. Talked about customer service and how to act around customers. Went over the benefits of having this job. Went over availability and whether I wanted to be full time or part time.
It took awhile for the manager to finally come over and interview me. It seemed to formal for a cashier position even though the restaurant is on the higher-end in terms of food quality and price.
The interview process was straightforward. I went in for the two rounds of interviews total, one with the cashier and the other with the GM. The entire experience was fruitful and fluid and I would recommend applying to anyone interested in whole food eating and hospitality. They have an excellent team in La Jolla.
