Ushur interview questions

Something seemed off from the very start of the first call. An immediate chemistry and culture clash. I basically shut down right after the introductions because it just didn’t feel right. Hard to explain. Nothing against anyone at Ushur, but it just didn’t feel like my cup of tea.

The interview process was a good learning experience for me. I was able to crack with good preparation, had to share some of my previous work which got noticed. Had close to 3 rounds, hiring manager, a panel & the India head.
