it was a 2 layered interview process, for my first round I was interviewed by Operations Department, after clearing the round was interviewed by Director HR to for final interaction and was selected

Initial communication was on LinkedIn . The in person interview was horrible. These people had no coordination amongst each other. They don't read resumes like idiots and call candidates from other part of Delhi to Gurgaon for interviews.
