Interview
Stages: Interview with recruiter Interview with hiring manager Interview with engineering team Task based Interview Unfortunately I completed the first three stages with seeming positivity, then was ghosted before receiving a generic "this position has now been filled" email two weeks later. Not OK given the time I'd put in and positive feedback received.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Utility Warehouse (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
Prescreen with recruiter and then 30 mins informal chat with hiring manager. After the informal chat I was ghosted for 3 weeks which is a massive red flag....if the answer is no, please just tell the candidate!

Question 1
Nothing really specific at that early stage, felt like they didn't have a lot of interview experience so were just making it up

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Utility Warehouse (London, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Very clean and linear process. Always informed of those interviewing, and reminders and good luck messages sent beforehand from Recruitment contact. Every interviewer provided very positive opinions of working at UW and was happy to ask my sometimes searching questions.
Great two-way conversations during each interview, putting me at ease in spite of some tricky questions.
