Interview
Two stage interview which consists of an online interview on MS Teams and an in person interview on site. In the first stage you'll be asked regarding your background, projects you worked on, why you want to work for the company. Then the final stage interview will be a technical one on site.
Technical interview. Asked previous experiences followed by engineering principles followed by safety and design questions. Example specific questions mostly. For example, how would you design a certain part, where would the stress be the greatest in a part during operation etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at V A Technology (Telford, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
Two interviews on two different different days was given. First time was competancy which was around 15 mins and second time was more technical with a tour of the facility and the machinery they produce.
