At first with HR stage, of course, she just asked in general and set up an official interview with GM and BAP Manager, the ones who manage directly me. The interview went very smoothly, and I sent a thank you email for the interview as the professional one. After 2 weeks, no response from HR, I contacted her and also no response whether if I passed or failed, just hold, hold and hold. I think the issue was the salary, but the HR is not professional to negotiate with me. I do not know what their salary range for this position to deal with.
